REDROOM began with one question: why do good-looking frames cost three times what they should? The answer was always the logo. We removed it. We kept everything else.

Every frame begins in black. Not because it's easy — because darkness is deliberate. We remove colour to make you feel powerful.

Same suppliers as the houses you can't afford. Premium material. No luxury tax. You pay for the frame, not the logo.

What is your return policy? +
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in original, unworn condition with all original packaging intact. Items must be unused and undamaged. Sale items are non-returnable. To initiate a return, email hello@projectredroom.com with your order number.
How do I exchange for a different design? +
Exchanges are subject to availability. Given our limited run of 400 units, we can't guarantee exchange stock. Contact us within 14 days. If we can't process an exchange, a full refund will be issued.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do? +
Photograph the product and packaging and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.
Who covers return shipping costs? +
We cover return shipping for faulty or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible. Use a tracked service — we can't be responsible for items lost in transit.
Payment & Shipping
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayNow, PayLah, GrabPay, and Apple Pay. All transactions are processed securely via Stripe.
How long does delivery take? +
Standard delivery within Singapore takes 3–5 business days. Express same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12pm. International shipping to Southeast Asia takes 7–14 business days.
Do you ship internationally? +
We ship to Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and the Philippines. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Is there free shipping? +
Free standard shipping on all Singapore orders above S$100. Below S$100, standard shipping is S$5. International rates are calculated at checkout.
How do I track my order? +
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track via your account dashboard.
Product & Care
What material are the frames? +
All REDROOM frames are crafted from Italian acetate — a premium cellulose-based material used by top European eyewear houses. Hypoallergenic, durable, and far superior to injection-moulded plastic.
How do I clean my sunglasses? +
Use the included microfibre lens cloth for lenses. Wipe the frame with a slightly damp cloth. Avoid abrasive materials, household cleaners, or prolonged direct sunlight which can warp acetate over time.
Are the lenses UV-protective? +
Yes. All lenses provide 100% UVA and UVB protection (UV400). The dark tint also significantly reduces glare — ideal for Singapore's conditions.
How do I store the frames? +
Store in the included red leather pouch when not in use. Avoid leaving in hot cars or direct sunlight. If frames become misaligned, visit a local optician for a free adjustment.
Are the frames unisex? +
All four designs are intentionally unisex. The oversized and cateye designs lean more feminine; the slim rectangular is more androgynous. Try all four — the right frame is the one you feel most yourself in.

Do I need an account to order? +
No — you can checkout as a guest. An account lets you track orders, save wishlists, and get early drop access.
How do I reset my password? +
Click Sign In and select "Forgot password?" Enter your registered email and we'll send a reset link within minutes.
How do I view my order history? +
Log in and navigate to My Orders. All past orders are listed with status and tracking information.
How do I contact customer support? +
Email hello@projectredroom.com. We respond within 1 business day. Include "URGENT" in the subject for time-sensitive issues.
